Our flagship rosé, Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose received a fantastic review from the wine expert Aydin Ozeren and the expert team of judges at degusasyon.net.
Our rosé scored 8/10 points, which appears to be higher that most rosés that were tasted.
The review read as follows:
“Pale pink colour. Floral aromas and accompanied by connotations of raspberry and currant. On the palate it is oily, full, balanced and long lasting. Fresh acidity and very light tannins. A rich rosé that can be tried with oily fish such as turbot, bluefish and shellfish. It will compete with whites to accompany meals. It should be sipped at 10-12 degrees in 1-2 years.”
